Book Review: As Easy As Riding A Bike

I got the privilege this winter to be on a team of people who got sneak peak looks at the cover & ebook, “As Easy As Riding A Bike” by author, Bell Renshaw.

Let me say first, that she is another one of those really sweet authors with a bubbly, lovely personality. I know I said that about the last author that I reviewed (and it was so true. I still stand by it!!), but if you don’t believe me just check out her writing. You can tell a lot sometimes about an author’s personality as you read their work. (Not always because they may be going for a certain vibe to tell a story.)

Her writing style is exactly what I LOVE to read!!! It’s fun, romantic, and just draws you in where you can’t put the book down. I literally received my copy and stayed up all night until I finished it because I just had to see where the story was going and what was going to happen next. There were times that my heart was breaking and times I was rejoicing for the main character, Emma. Every time I thought that I could put the book down there was another situation I couldn’t leave unresolved, so I kept reading to the end. Let me also mention, I’m a sucker for a Hallmark romance and that is exactly what this reminds me of.

If you want to get a copy for yourself, now is the time to do it. It just released on Valentine’s Day (yesterday) 2018 and it is $0.99 right now. Here’s the link,

Seriously, it’s ninety nine cents. Treat yourself to this magnificent love story of rebuilding trust and knocking down walls around your heart. Okay, so I’ll give you a quick synopsis.

** If you don’t want any SPOILERS, then STOP HERE!!!**

Okay, so the book opens with Emma Holland working to revamp the Brown Bear Lodge, which she now owns just off of the Pacific coast. She’s repainting and remodeling and it’s proving to be a ton of work. When she’s least expecting it, someone lost from her past shows up to book a room. It’s the guy who broke her heart and left her behind, Connor Pearson. Even though she had worked hard to move past what happened between them after graduation, she felt the foundation of the walls around her heart crack. It scared her and excited her to wonder why he was in town and if this time things could be different. The only thing is, Connor is back in town for a reason. He’s trying to escape something that he hasn’t revealed to Emma or anyone else in town. The situation catches up to him and the budding friendship he had been rebuilding with Emma shatters. How can he show her that he has changed? Was everything he had said a lie for self gain? Can she ever trust him again? She decides to confront her past and uncovers hidden truths that shock her.

Yes, I received a free copy of this book. However, Bell Renshaw never asked for a review, just feedback. I loved her work so much that I decided I had to share it with you guys. Also, I am an Amazon affiliate, but I NEVER promote anything that I don’t absolutely love or wouldn’t recommend to my own family/friends.
